Our team of experienced physicians, nurses, and support staff are dedicated to providing the best possible care to our patients. We work together to ensure that every patient receives the attention and care they deserve.

Dr. Melanchton Mangoba, is a board-certified internal medicine physician who has been practicing in the Riverside, California community for over 15 years and is a part of the Grace Medical & Wellness team. Dr. Mangoba is proud to be locally educated and trained. 

Dr. Mousa Matar,  is a part of the Grace Medical & Wellness team and is dedicated to providing efficient and effective quality care. As a physician of internal medicine, he treats many ailments and his patients health is his number one priority. He is based in Riverside, California. 

Ruth Ramirez Cose is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong commitment to patient-centered care. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing her to effectively communicate with and advocate for a diverse patient population.

Her areas of expertise include general medicine, weight management, wound care, and aesthetics. Ruth prioritizes patient safety and is dedicated to empowering individuals to take an active role in their health and well-being.

Anna Wilson is a Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience.  She is a graduate of UCLA and is skilled in primary care, pulmonary, and cardiovascular medicine.
